Tuscon Police Officer Fired After Pointing Gun At Clerk

A 23 year old off duty Tucson Police officer has been fired after pointing a gun at a convenience store clerk on Tuesday. The off duty officer was drunk when surveillance cameras caught him pointing the gun at the clerk multiple times.

When police arrived at the scene they caught and arrested the man at a nearby apartment complex. He is now being charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and has been fired from his job.
