Robert Arentz | Attorney

Robert Arentz is the founding member of Arentz Law Group, P.L.L.C. The firm was founded in Phoenix, Arizona. Mr. Arentz graduated with honors in 1973 from Michigan State University and attended Pepperdine University School of Law, graduating in 1978. Mr. Arentz is admitted to practice law in Arizona, California, various Federal Courts and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Arentz has focused his practice over the past 25 years on criminal and DUI defense. He has served as a criminal defense attorney here in Arizona on many high profile and complex criminal cases, including death penalty litigation, numerous felony trials and appeals. In 1984, Mr. Arentz helped to create the Public Defender’s Office in Cochise County, Arizona. He served as director of the office for more than five years. From 1993 until 2010, Mr. Arentz was the Supervising Attorney for Arizona’s largest criminal defense firm.

Mr. Arentz, in addition to managing the firm, limits his practice to criminal law and has successfully represented individuals facing serious criminal charges for the past 25 years. He has represented the accused facing charges from local and state law enforcement and the federal government, including the DEA, FBI and Secret Service. Mr. Arentz relies on his many years of criminal defense experience to provide dedicated, affordable representation to all of his clients.
