Richard Frankowski is in charge of the Securities Fraud division at Phillips Law group. In 1993, Richard received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Georgetown University. He went on to receive his MBA from the University of Alabama Manderson Graduate School of Business in 2000, while simultaneously graduating from the University of Alabama School of Law.
Frankowski is also the founder of The Frankowski Firm which represents victims of fraud and security and investment negligence and is “Of Counsel to Phillips Law Group”. His primary practice areas are stock broker fraud, consumer class actions and direct and derivative shareholder litigation.
Richard has years of experience representing hundreds of investors around the United States and has co-authored two books, The Practitioners’ Guide to Securities Arbitration and The Investors’ Guide to Protecting Your Financial Future. The former is used at law school clinics around the country and the latter is a resource for investors to educate themselves on avoiding financial abuses before they happen.
In his free time, Richard Frankowski loves to spend time with his family. He is also an avid outdoorsman and loves fishing, hiking, snow skiing, and tennis.
