Phillip Lapointe is an attorney in the Personal Injury Department at Phillips Law Group, P.C. He graduated cum luade with a Bachelor’s degree from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa, and graduated from the University Of Iowa College Of Law. While in law school, he served as an extern at the Iowa City Human Rights and Equity Office. He also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Judge Stephen B. Jackson, Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Iowa. He participated in Moot Court and was a member of the Arbitration Team. He was also a member of the Journal of Gender, Race & Justice, authoring his student Note for publication in the Journal’s Spring 2019 edition. Phillip also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Judge Susan Brnovich of the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona prior to joining Phillips Law Group, P.C.
In his free time, Phillip enjoys being active, including hiking, playing softball and ping pong, and weight lifting. He also volunteers with the Phoenix Iowa Club.
