Nicholas “Nick” Smith is an Arizona native originally from Tucson. He obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona while also serving as a medic in the Arizona National Guard. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga School of Law in Spokane, Washington.
Upon receiving his law license, Mr. Smith practiced criminal defense in Eastern Washington where he 2nd chaired two murder trials. Shortly after, Mr. Smith accepted a position at a Civil Litigation firm representing Plaintiffs. He returned to Arizona in 2016 and has worked exclusively representing Plaintiffs in the areas of Personal Injury and Insurance Bad Faith.
Mr. Smith is fluent in Spanish and is admitted to practice before the Arizona Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court of Arizona, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, the Washington State Supreme Court, and the U.S. District Court of Washington, Eastern District. He is a member of the Arizona State Bar, the Arizona Association for Justice, and the Washington State Bar.
In his free time, Mr. Smith enjoys spending time with his family, helping with homework, and watching his children’s sports and other extra-curricular activities.
