Man Killed in Tucson Motorcycle Accident

There are many traffic laws in Arizona that must be remembered by motorists at any given time when they are behind the wheel. When any of these traffic laws are not obeyed, people can be injured or worse, and even those mistakes that seem slight in nature can be deadly. Tragically, it's been alleged that one motorist failed to adhere to right-of-way norms recently, and this omission led to a Tucson motorcycle accident that took the life of a man who was hit in an intersection. Police are continuing to investigate the situation.

According to the authorities, this fatal Tucson motorcycle accident occurred at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday afternoon at the intersection of Houghton Road and Valencia Road. An unidentified motorcyclist was approaching the intersection at that time when an unidentified woman who was driving a sedan was approaching the same location. The traffic light at the intersection turned yellow, and the motorcyclist attempted to proceed. At that point, the driver of the sedan turned in front of the motorcycle, and a collision ensued. The collision caused the sedan to overturn, and even though the motorcyclist was wearing a helmet, he did not survive the crash.
