- Man in Stopped Vehicle Killed in Kingman Car Accident | Legal News | News Ticker
When bad weather strikes the area, it always leads to serious problems on roads of all types. People make strange decisions, vehicles do not handle as they normally do and visibility is reduced. While an exact cause is not yet known, one man who was sitting in his vehicle along the side of a highway was killed yesterday when a pickup truck slammed into him in a fatal Arizona car accident. Given the large number of Arizona car accidents that occurred in the affected areas, the investigation being done by police could take some time.
According to reports, this fatal Kingman car accident occurred yesterday at approximately 11 a.m. when an unidentified driver parked along State Route 68 between Kingman and Bullhead City. The driver pulled over for unknown reasons, possibly due to the weather, and a pickup truck came along and collided with the vehicle on the side. The man was killed instantly and the crash occurred after a string of less severe Arizona car accidents had occurred in the area. Police will continue to attempt to identify a cause for the crash.
Arizona Car Accident Statistics

Arizona Wrongful Death Lawyers
While much more information would be needed in order for any fault to be assigned in this Kingman car accident, if it turns out that the driver of the pickup truck was at fault for this crash, it’s possible that the family of the man who was killed could file an Arizona wrongful death lawsuit. If such a lawsuit is filed and is successful, it could lead to an award of damages that compensates the family for their medical, funeral and burial costs as well as their lost income and their loss of companionship.

Many companies talk about teamwork but few practice it. Many companies talk about an employee friendly environment but few actually provide it. At Phillips Law Group the foundation of our success is making sure we work as a team and that we work in an environment that allows everyone to thrive and be at their best every day. Our firm understands that in order for the client to have a great experience the people responsible for that client’s case must be given all the necessary tools and encouragement to make that happen. That’s the Phillips Way. As a manager of this firm in charge of several employees as well as directly affecting the client’s experience I take tremendous pride in saying we live by these premises and we work hard to build on them and make them better every day. This is an amazing place because it has amazing people working here!

Working at Phillips Law Group has been great the 1st few years in I noticed how well organized and run this Firm was from Intake to Settlement the Client has the expertise of a staff member uniquely qualified for the particular stage of each Clients claim and all other Law firms try to emulate what we do here but none quite get it right because they lack one major component “Compassion”. We are a FAMILY not just a group of people/employees. We care deeply about each other and our clients’ we are considerate, compassionate and make sure that all our Clients’ needs are met from beginning to end. That’s because we treat our clients just like we treat each other. Nothing like walking through the office and saying Hello to fellow employees who always seem to be smiling. 16yrs in and it only seems to be getting better.

Great experience! Took care of pretty much everything, and I always felt like I want in good hands. Caroline Fa. was also a great help with everything. She always returned my calls and I never felt unheard. Even after my case she would still help me with my insurance documents.
