- Man Hit and Killed in Flagstaff Pedestrian Accident | Legal News | News Ticker
When people hear about how others were driving in the elements, many think of inclement weather such as snow, ice, wind, rain or anything else that makes visibility and/or maneuverability more difficult. However, the sun can also be an element that adds to the difficulty of any drive, especially when it impedes visibility for those behind the wheel. That could be what caused a fatal Flagstaff pedestrian accident Monday that took the life of a local man. Police are continuing with the investigation, but they have ruled out intoxicants as a factor for the drivers.
According to authorities, this fatal Flagstaff pedestrian accident occurred on Monday at 7:45 a.m. when 42-year-old Larry Brown of Flagstaff was crossing Butler Avenue from north to South near Agassiz Street when he was struck by a vehicle moving in an eastward direction. As a result of the initial collision, he was sent sprawling onto the road where he was run over by a second vehicle. He was rushed to a nearby hospital, but he was pronounced dead soon after he arrived. Police are waiting for toxicology reports on the man who was killed before closing the investigation.

I have been with Phillips Law Group for a little over a year and I have learned what teamwork and family in a workplace looks like. There is always someone around to lend a helping hand, which is something I appreciate and cherish. I feel a sense of joy coming to work every day because of my co-workers as well as being able to help people in what can be a scary and stressful situation. I currently work as a Litigation Legal Assistant with an amazing team. When I started here, I was not very knowledgeable in personal injury. I was lucky to have been placed with an amazing team who was willing to take time to teach and pass on some great skills that have been a huge aid in helping me be successful in my position. I would recommend working here at Phillips Law Group, because they care about their employees and there is so much room for growth.

My review is for Kathy Hudson a legal assistant at the law firm. She is great! She is very professional and a fair based person. She was never rude to me and always called me back. She listened to me and had my best interest as number 1. Mr Nasir who is a supervisor at law firm also was very professional and helpful. Not sure if spelling his name correctly but sorry if not. As far as mr Ross and the lady that runs the front desk reception I would say they are the most unprofessional and rude people I have met at a law firm in my life especially beings they were representing me. But Kathy made it overall a better experience. Thx Kathy.
