- Fighting Dogs Accidentally Kill Special Needs Child
A special needs 2-year-old boy died after being attacked by a pit bull in Gilbert over the weekend, while the boys babysitter also underwent surgery for injuries sustained attempting to save the child. The babysitter was watching the children as the parents were out of town for the weekend.
It all began when three adult pit bulls began fighting and somehow the boy and the babysitter got in the middle of the fight, when the dogs began attacking the child. When the babysitter tried to pry the dogs of the child he had already been mortally injured.
The child was rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. The babysitter suffered from lacerations on her hands, arms, and legs following the incident and underwent surgery on Sunday afternoon. She is now listed in stable condition.
The pit bulls are being held by the Animal Care and Control and will be quarantined for 10 days, which is standard protocol following dog attacks.
Police officers are currently looking at this incident as an accident, however if detectives find critical evidence charges could be filed. If you or a loved one has been injured after being bitten by a dog, you may be eligible to claim compensation for your injuries and to hold any negligent parties responsible for their actions. My review is for Kathy Hudson a legal assistant at the law firm. She is great! She is very professional and a fair based person. She was never rude to me and always called me back. She listened to me and had my best interest as number 1. Mr Nasir who is a supervisor at law firm also was very professional and helpful. Not sure if spelling his name correctly but sorry if not. As far as mr Ross and the lady that runs the front desk reception I would say they are the most unprofessional and rude people I have met at a law firm in my life especially beings they were representing me. But Kathy made it overall a better experience. Thx Kathy.

Great experience! Took care of pretty much everything, and I always felt like I want in good hands. Caroline Fa. was also a great help with everything. She always returned my calls and I never felt unheard. Even after my case she would still help me with my insurance documents.
