In Phoenix Arizona police suspect a deadly hit and run accident turned fatal when the victim's girlfriend crashed into a young man near the Carefree Highway and 27th drive. The police on seen of this deadly accident reported that the victim, known as Jacob Rice who was only 20 years old, was left behind at the crash scene in Phoenix by 20 year old Brittany Nolan. Brittany has been charged with leaving the scene of a fatal accident and is currently awaiting additional charges as the investigation continues.
