One Dead, Two Hurt After Crash in Yuma

Fire truck YUMA, AZ – A man was killed and two others were hospitalized as the result of a two-vehicle crash in Yuma Tuesday.

According to a report by KYMA, the incident took place at the intersection of 24th Street and 4th Avenue at about 6 p.m.

Police say the 66-year-old female driver of a Honda Odyssey was attempting to turn left onto 4th Ave. when her vehicle was broadsided by a GMC Jimmy.

A 45-year-old male passenger of the Honda was taken to Yuma Regional Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.

Both drivers were hospitalized in stable condition.
