Woman Killed, Others Injured in UTV Crash in Yuma

UTV in the desert YUMA, AZ – A woman was killed, and several other people were injured in a UTV crash along a farm access road in Yuma on Sunday.

According to the Arizona Daily Independent, Yuma County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the scene of a single-vehicle crash near Avenue D and County 9th Street at about 6:43 p.m.

Investigators believe the driver of a Polaris UTV crashed into an irrigation canal before slamming into an embankment.

All four occupants of the vehicle were transported to Yuma Regional Medical Center. One passenger, 50-year-old Soyona Gomez, succumbed to her injuries at the hospital.

Another passenger was airlifted to a facility in Phoenix for treatment.

Investigators are working to determine if impairment was a factor in the crash.

She listened to me and had my best interest as number 1. Mr Nasir who is a supervisor at law firm also was very professional and helpful. Not sure if spelling his name correctly but sorry if not. As far as mr Ross and the lady that runs the front desk reception I would say they are the most unprofessional and rude people I have met at a law firm in my life especially beings they were representing me.
