One Killed Following a Southeast Tucson Single-Vehicle Crash

police lights at night single-vehicle crash TucsonTUCSON, AZ – A woman was killed early Saturday morning, on December 11, 2021, in a single-vehicle collision in southeast Tucson, KOLD News 13reports.

The crash happened at about 3:20 a.m. when Amber Rae Patrick lost control of her vehicle near the intersection of Alvernon Way and 22nd Street.

According to the Tucson Police Department, 37-year-old Patrick was likely speeding when her vehicle veered off of the roadway and slammed into a traffic signal pole. She was pronounced dead at the scene a short time later.
