Investigators say that a gray SUV was traveling west on Peoria Ave when it crossed the center median and collided head-on with an orange SUV driven by 22-year-old Nicole Classen.
Classen was rushed to a nearby hospital, where she was pronounced dead. The other driver was also hospitalized with serious, potentially life-threatening injuries.
