Woman Hospitalized After Serious Northwest Phoenix Crash

police lights late at nightPHOENIX, AZ – A woman became trapped inside her vintage Chevrolet Impala after she crashed it into a number of parked cars in northwest Phoenix late Saturday night.

According to OnScene TV, emergency responders were called to the intersection of 59th Avenue and Indian School Road at about 10 p.m. They extricated the unidentified female driver and transported her to a nearby hospital in serious condition.

Northbound 59th Ave was expected to be closed between Indian School Rd and Monterosa Street overnight so police could investigate.
