A Vehicle Fire Blocked Traffic to Westbound L-202 Ramp

CHANDLER, AZ – A vehicle fire was reported this morning on the L-202 westbound ramp towards I-10. The incident blocked traffic for several hours.

The Arizona Department of Transportation reported the incident via its official Twitter feed at 5:38 a.m. A photo of the scene showed the fire affecting early morning rush-hour traffic.

Emergency workers cleared the scene by 7:33 a.m. It is unclear what caused the crash or whether anyone was injured.
