Fatal Crash Causes Significant Delays on I-10

expect delays on road sign with lightsPHOENIX, AZ – One person was killed after a multi-vehicle crash on I-10 in west Phoenix early this morning, ABC 15 reports.

The two-vehicle crash took place at about 4:30 a.m. in the interstate’s westbound lane, near the 35th Avenue overpass.

One person suffered fatal injuries as a result of the crash. Their identity is unclear at this time.

At least two right-hand lanes as well as the 27th Avenue on-ramp were closed while emergency crews worked to clear the scene.

Investigations are ongoing.
