YUMA, AZ - Police in Yuma were forced to block all lanes along U.S. Route 95 just east of the Yuma International Airport following a collision during Friday morning’s rush hour.
According to the Arizona Department of Transportation, the crash occurred at milepost 34, near the intersection for Fortuna Road, at about 8:45 a.m.
No injuries have been reported at this time. However, authorities advised motorists to avoid the area if possible as delays and closures lasted through Friday morning.
We will continue to monitor this ongoing story for any developments should they be released.
