TUCSON, AZ - A man was seriously injured after a truck he was driving was struck by a train in Tucson on Tuesday morning.
According to the Arizona Daily Star, the driver attempted to beat the train across the tracks on South Old Nogales Highway at about 11:30 a.m.
The man was rushed to a nearby hospital with serious, potentially life-threatening injuries.
No one else appears to have been injured.
