GLENDALE, AZ – Three people were seriously injured on Wednesday morning when a woman ran a red light and collided with another vehicle at an intersection in Glendale.
According to 12 News, the crash occurred at about 7:30 a.m. in the intersection of 57th Drive and Grand Avenue, where a four-door sedan ran a stoplight and collided with a red sedan.
Responding officers performed life-saving measures on a seven-year-old boy. The child was an occupant in the vehicle that ran the stoplight.Both the seven-year-old boy and his mother were subsequently rushedto a nearby hospital.
The driver of the red sedan was also transported to the hospital with unknown injuries.
