ambulance at night - deadly car crash camelback roadPHOENIX, AZ – A teen girl was killed Saturday night in a multi-vehicle crash that happened just north of downtown Phoenix.

According to Fox 10 Phoenix, the crash took place at about 8:30 p.m. when a southbound vehicle on 7th Avenue attempted to make a left turn onto Camelback Road and slammed into another car that was heading north.

A 15-year-old female passenger in the northbound vehicle was rushed to a nearby hospital where she died a short time later. That vehicle’s unidentified male driver was also hospitalized in serious condition.

The men traveling in the southbound vehicle suffered minor injuries in the wreck.
