PHOENIX, AZ - The man believed to be responsible for a fatal pedestrian accident in North Phoenix was arrested on Wednesday night.
According to 12 News, an unidentified man in his 70s was struck by a vehicle at about 6:45 p.m., as he was walking near 19th Avenue and Bell Road.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. Police subsequently arrested the driver, 25-year-old Angel Aguilar-Hernandez, on charges of aggravated DUI.
