After rolling over on the eastbound side of Interstate 10, a truck spilled an unknown substance on Chandler Boulevard’s off-ramp the morning of Monday, Aug. 24, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
The truck driver was able to exit the vehicle safely, according to ADPS spokesperson Sgt. Kameron Lee. The truck was towed from the off-ramp and the exit was closed for hours during cleanup, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.
