MARICOPA, AZ – One person suffered injuries resulting from a rollover collision on SR-347 in Maricopa on Monday, CBS 5 reports.
The single-vehicle crash occurred when an individual driving recklessly lost control of their vehicle and skidded off the highway a few miles south of Riggs Road. The vehicle overturned, ejecting one of its occupants.
The victim was rushed to a nearby hospital with unknown injuries. Their identity has not been publicly released.
All southbound lanes were closed for some time after the crash while investigators worked at the scene.
