SOUTHERN MEADOWS, AZ – According to AZFamily.com, a deadly hit-and-run collision took place on South 39th Avenue and West Southern Avenue at around 7 p.m.Wednesday.
Police arrived on the scene and found a man lying on the ground after having been hit by a vehicle. The suspected car was nowhere to be seen. Police have since located and arrested a suspect.
The victim was declared dead at the scene of the accident.
No further information on the crash is known at this time.
