Driver Killed in Single-Vehicle Accident

GOODYEAR, AZ – A driver was killed following a single-vehicle crash in the East Valley on Thursday, CBS 5 reports.
The incident occurred at about 1:30 p.m. on the northbound side of Loop 303, near the exit to Camelback Road.
Troopers with the Arizona Department of Public Safety say that a Chevrolet Silverado pickup left the roadway and slammed into a light pole. The unidentified driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigations into the crash are ongoing.
