PHOENIX, AZ – Major delays were reported following a rush-hour crash on Loop 101 in northwest Phoenix Tuesday morning.
According to Arizona DOT, the crash occurred at about 8:30 a.m. along the northbound side of the freeway, near the exit to Olive Avenue.
The circumstances leading up to the crash are unclear at this time. Traffic camera photos from the scene show multiple vehicles blocking the HOV and left lanes of travel, with traffic progressing slowly in the right lanes.
