morning traffic jam due to crash on us-60MESA, AZ – Rush-hour commuters in Mesa faced heavy traffic delays on Thursday due to an early morning collision on US-60.

According to a report by Arizona DOT, the crash took place just before 8 a.m. in the westbound lanes of the freeway near the exit to Mesa Drive.

Further details about the crash, or the events that caused it, were not made public. However, at least one lane was closed as a result, causing traffic to back up.

It is unclear if there were any injuries sustained as a result of the collision.

By 8:35 a.m., all lanes were reopened to traffic.
