PHOENIX, AZ - A crash caused major delays for commuters along SR-51 in northeast Phoenix this morning.
Arizona DOT first reported the incident shortly before 8 a.m., and said it happened in the southbound lanes of the freeway near the Highland Avenue overpass.
Drivers were advised to proceed with caution in the area while crews worked to clear the wreckage.
It is unclear if anyone was hurt in the crash at this time. We will continue to monitor this developing situation and provide any further updates should they come to light.
