PHOENIX, AZ ”“ An investigation is underway after police discovered a newborn boy dead behind a commercial property near 35th Avenue and Baseline Road in Phoenix, ABC 15 reports.
Phoenix PD responded to reports of an injury at a shopping center at approximately 1 p.m. Thursday. When they arrived at the shopping center, they found a baby who was not breathing. The child was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the Phoenix Fire Department.
