A motorcycle rider lost control of his bike while traveling near 16th Street and Bethany Home Sunday morning, Sept. 20. According to AZ Family, witnesses reported that the accident occurred just after midnight when the motorcyclist was riding near Bethany Home. He lost control of the motorcycle and fell onto the road as his bike slid across traffic lanes.
The man, whose name has not been released, was transported to the hospital where he was in critical condition. An investigation is ongoing. It has not been made known what the cause of the motorcycle accident was or whether the rider was intoxicated.
