Hit-and-Run Crash Along Maricopa Freeway Leaves One Dead

According to Fox 10 Phoenix, the accident occurred early Wednesday morning near the I-17 overpass at 19th Avenue.

Officials have identified the victim as 31-year-old Victor Sarinana. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Police believe he may have been struck by a large tractor-trailer or similar vehicle.
