TUCSON, AZ - A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle and seriously injured in west Tucson Monday night.
According to KGUN9, the collision was reported at about 8 p.m. in the northbound lanes of Silverbell Road near the intersection with West Grant Road.
No details regarding the cause of the incident or the identities of those involved have been released to the public at this time.
Motorists faced delays in the area for several hours while the crash was investigated and cleared from the roadway.
