ambulance transporting injured accident victimLITCHFIELD PARK, AZ – One person was killed and another was hospitalized following a multi-vehicle crash in Litchfield Park early Tuesday morning.

According to CBS 5, Arizona State Troopers responded to a crash near the intersection of Litchfield Road and Olive Avenue at about 3 a.m.

Details regarding the cause of the crash are unavailable at this time. However, one man was pronounced dead at the scene, and another was hospitalized with unknown injuries.

This portion of Litchfield Road was shut down for several hours following the incident. All lanes have since been reopened.
