Tuesday Crash Causes One Death, Several Hospitalizations

ambulance racing down the road during the dayPHOENIX, AZ – A woman died, and several other people were hospitalized following a crash in north Phoenix on Tuesday evening.

According to a report by CBS 5, the incident occurred at about 5:15 p.m., when a Ford F-150 pickup truck collided with a passenger vehicle that was turning left from Walhalla Lane to 19th Avenue.

Four adults in the passenger vehicle were taken to a nearby hospital. One of the victims, 21-year-old Lola Hart, died a short time later.

No one in the truck was hurt.

Witnesses told police one of the vehicles ran a stop sign prior to the crash, which remains under investigation at this time.
