One Fatality Due to a Three-Car Crash in Glendale

GLENDALE, AZ – Officials with the Glendale Police Department have reported a single fatality resulting from a three-vehicle crash that happened Monday afternoon.

According to CBS 5, the accident occurred near the intersection of 45th Avenue and Olive Avenue at about 1 p.m.

Officials say one driver was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital. The other two motorists remained at the scene and are cooperating with police.

It is unclear at this time what caused the crash. The identities of those involved have not yet been released.
