TUCSON, AZ – A man was taken to the hospital after being struck by a vehicle at a busy intersection in east Tucson on Saturday evening.
According to KGUN, the man, who is believed to be in his 40s, was hit while walking in the area of East Broadway Boulevard and South Kolb Road.
Emergency responders took him to a nearby hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries. It is unclear if he was walking in a designated crosswalk at the time of the crash.
The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with police. No charges have been filed against that individual at this time.
