emergency vehicles daytime respondingTEMPE, AZ – A collision involving four vehicles caused major delays along Loop 101 in Tempe on Saturday afternoon.

According to a report by ABC15, the crash occurred sometime before 2:30 p.m. on the ramp from eastbound Loop 101 to westbound US-60.

The Arizona Department of Public Safety reported some people were injured in the crash. However, more details are not yet known.

The ramp was shut down for some time afterwards while crews worked to clear the scene.
