TUCSON, AZ - A man was killed after he crashed his vehicle into the Julian Wash early Tuesday morning.
According to a report by KOLD, 43-year-old Harvard Ortiz was speeding when he lost control of his 2016 Ford Explorer within the 4000 block of South Kino Parkway, just south of I-10.
Ortiz’s vehicle left the roadway, went airborne, and crashed into the concrete culvert below. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
