Pima County Crash Leaves at Least One Person Injured

TUCSON, AZ – Deputies with the Pima County Sheriff’s Office have reported injuries resulting from a multi-vehicle crash Sunday evening.

According to KOLD, the accident involved two vehicles and occurred within the intersection of Lambert Lane and Pecos Way sometime before 5:30 p.m.

Officials reported that at least one person was transported to a local hospital to be treated for their injuries. The status of the other individuals involved in the crash remains unknown at this time.

The intersection was shut down for a few hours while an investigation was conducted. The area has since been reopened.
