PHOENIX, AZ - Police in Phoenix were forced to close the eastbound I-10 HOV lane following an early morning crash on Wednesday.
According to the Arizona Department of Transportation, the accident occurred at about 7:38 a.m. within the eastbound lane of the interstate near the exit to 43rd Avenue.
No injuries have been reported as a direct result of the crash at this time. However, commuters on I-10 faced delays for about 10 minutes while the accident was investigated and safely cleared from the roadway.
