Three People Seriously Injured in Phoenix Head-On Crash

PHOENIX, AZ – Three people, including two children, were hospitalized following a head-on crash with an armored truck on Wednesday.

According to Fox 10 Phoenix, a passenger vehicle collided with the armored vehicle near the intersection of 86th Drive and Thomas Road in Phoenix.

Following the collision, all three occupants of the car ”” including the 29-year-old male driver, an 11-year-old girl and a 5-year-old girl ”” were rushed to the hospital in extremely critical condition.

The occupants of the armored vehicle, the driver and a passenger, were both treated for their injuries at the scene.

Police say the driver of the car showed signs of impairment. They believe his vehicle had been traveling at a high rate of speed at the time.
