As a firm that prides itself on being “Arizona’s Law Firm,” Phillips Law Group is committed to our community in more ways than one.

In addition to providing injury victims throughout Arizona with the legal resources they need, we are also strongly dedicated to giving back to our community. We have made charitable giving a firm-wide priority.

We recently completed our second year as the title sponsor for Mothers Against Drunk Driving’s (MADD) fundraising event “Phoenix Walk Like MADD.” The event was hosted on Oct. 22 at the Phoenix Zoo and included a 5K walk and family festival to raise awareness of the dangers of drunk driving.

Through a combined effort of internal staff fundraising and the title sponsorship, Phillips Law Group donated more than $15,000 to support this worthy cause.

As Phoenix personal injury lawyers, we have seen firsthand the devastation that is often associated with drunk driving. We have also witnessed the positive impact MADD has had on raising awareness of the dangers of driving under the influence and working to prevent these types of accidents.

As managing partner attorney Timothy G. Tonkin noted, there was no question that we would help with the cause when first approached by the organization. We hope that our firm’s contribution will help MADD continue its work of making our roads safer.

Although we are especially proud of our involvement with MADD, this is just one of the many causes Phillips Law Group supports each the year. We also regularly collect items for the homeless, support annual food drives and contribute to crowd funding efforts of injury victims.
