PHOENIX, AZ – A driver escaped death following a major rollover collision in North Phoenix early Thursday morning.
According to CBS 5, the single-vehicle crash took place at about 4:30 a.m. along the northbound ramp from Bell Road to State Route 51.
It is unclear what caused the driver to lose control and roll the Mercedes. Luckily, the sole occupant was able to get out of the vehicle without any serious injuries.
The ramp was blocked for over an hour while fire crews worked the scene.
