Pedestrian Struck, Killed by Vehicle in North Phoenix

According to CBS 5, the crash occurred shortly before 4 a.m. as the man was crossing Cactus Road near Cave Creek Road.

Police say the unidentified victim was crossing in an area with no designated crosswalk when he was fatally struck. The driver stayed at the scene and has cooperated with police.
