SCOTTSDALE, AZ – Investigators with the Scottsdale Police Department are looking into the cause of a crash that resulted in the death of a pedestrian late Tuesday morning.

According to AZ Family, the accident occurred at around 10 a.m. on 105th Way near the intersection with McDowell Mountain Ranch. The pedestrian likely died at the scene.

Details regarding the identities of the victim and the driver have not yet been made available to the public.

An investigation into the circumstances leading up to the crash was underway as of Thursday evening.
