SCOTTSDALE, AZ - Troopers with the Arizona Department of Public Safety closed northbound lanes on Loop 101 following a deadly motorcycle collision Friday morning.
According to KTAR, the multi-vehicle crash occurred at about 4:35 a.m. within the northbound lanes of Loop 101 near the exit to McDowell Road.
Investigators believe that a vehicle rear-ended the motorcyclist, who was then struck by a second car.
