Motorcyclist Dies in Crash on Thunderbird Road

ambulance with orange stripes on sidePHOENIX, AZ – A motorcyclist suffered fatal injuries after being struck by a vehicle near a busy intersection in north Phoenix on Tuesday morning.

According to a report by CBS 5, the motorcyclist was traveling west on Thunderbird Road at about 8:45 a.m. when he was struck by a Ford sedan that was making a left-hand turn into an apartment complex near 19th Avenue.

The unidentified male victim was rushed to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.

It is unclear whether the Ford’s female driver was injured.
