TUCSON, AZ - A man is facing charges in connection to a fatal pedestrian accident near the University of Arizona Campus on Saturday.
According to a report by Fox 10 Phoenix, 20-year-old Benjamin Wolfe Davis was attempting to cross at an unspecified intersection at about 1:45 a.m. when he was struck by an oncoming vehicle.
Davis was rushed to a local hospital, where he died a short time later.
The driver, 33-year-old Andy Otero, fled the scene. He was located a short time later and was taken into custody on suspicion of leaving the scene of a fatal collision.
