Worker Hit and Killed in Accident While on The Job

PHOENIX, AZ – A construction worker was killed yesterday when an SUV slammed into a work truck at a job site in north Phoenix, ABC 15 reports.

The work truck was parked in the median near Cave Creek Road and Dynamite Boulevard at the time of the collision, the force of which caused it to subsequently strike the worker as he stood nearby.

The unidentified victim died at the scene. The driver of the SUV was hospitalized with critical injuries.

The crash remains under investigation at this time.
